• Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, etc.)

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged or defective

• Wrong item has been delivered

• Product must be unused and in original packaging

• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

• Unboxing video/photo proof is mandatory

• Replacement will be provided free of cost for valid cases
